Dissertation

Students are encouraged to use the knowledge and understanding gained in other parts of the program. The Dissertation is an opportunity for students to pursue a topic of their interest in some depth and to identify appropriate outcomes based on studies and research methodology under the guidance of experts and supervisors.

Research is Carried

The research is carried out on Product Development & Formulations, Shelf Life Enhancement, Packaging Studies, and Food Safety Applications as well as FSSAI Compliances for Product Commodities. This component will provide opportunities for experimentation with ideas and forms that promote autonomy over the research process.
